    Dorte Mandrup

    Founder, Creative Director, Adjunct Professor, Architect MAA

    Founder Dorte Mandrup has 30 years of professional experience and has distinguished herself in the architectural field with many extraordinary projects to her name. She is renowned for her artistic talent and expertise in solving complex problems – orchestrating designs that are playful, original, and poetic. As Creative Director, Dorte has design responsibility for every project in the studio and works “hands-on” and in close interaction with all project teams.

    Among her other professional appointments, Dorte is Vice Chairman at Louisiana Museum of Modern Art and member of the Akademie der Künste, Berlin.

    Lise Gandrup Jørgensen

    Partner, Managing Director & Architect MAA

    Lise Gandrup Jørgensen is responsible for the studio's business operations and has an expert overview of both architectural and constructional processes. With more than 20 years’ experience, Lise has overseen many complex international projects from sketch to completion and handover which includes aligning architecture, engineering, and additional disciplines, always making sure that our projects are delivered on time and on budget.

    Kasper Pilemand

    Kasper Pilemand specialises in transformations, cultural and public projects and has overseen many of the studio’s renowned project, including the Ilulissat Icefjord Centre, the Wadden Sea Centre, Valencia, and Jægersborg Water Tower. With extensive experience as a design and project manager, he works strategically and analytically with the specific needs of site, program, and client, creating ground-breaking architecture strongly embedded in the local context.

    Noel Justesen Wibrand

    Partner, Head of Projects & Architect MAA

    Noel Justesen Wibrand is an experienced planning and project manager. As the studio’s sustainability lead, he works strategically with sustainable solutions, focusing on a holistic approach based on evidence and research. He has overseen a number of the studio’s important mixed-use projects such as Sundbyøster Hall II, Malmö Live, and IKEA CPH. With a clear overview, sound understanding of finance and the diverse needs of all involved parties, Noel represents a significant strength for the development and implementation of our projects.

    Oanh Nguyen Henriksen

    Partner, Director of Business Development & Communication & MSc. Urban Design

    Oanh Nguyen Henriksen has over a decade of experience in cultivating new markets for some of the most recognised architecture firms in the world. With a background in urban design, she has an innovative mindset and a close understanding of complex architectural, technical, and societal issues. Oanh is responsible for the studio’s business development and communications strategy, as well as the strategic direction of the studio’s business model and market positions.

    Carsten Fischer

    Partner, Head of Projects & Architect MAA

    Carsten Fischer has extensive experience as a lead design architect on several renowned national and international projects. Working across all stages from concept and design development to detailed design, he has overseen many complex design processes for buildings of all scales. Carsten is highly skilled at managing large teams and maintaining a constructive dialogue with clients, authorities, and developers throughout the process while ensuring a persistent focus on the architectural quality and design concept.
